Readynas nv which raid

As title I would like to buy one, pop in 2 x 2TB drives in raid 1, then after I have copied all data from my Qnap over take out its 2 x 2TB drives and then pop them in the Netgear, format and setup as another raid 1 Is this possible? Thanks Danny. As far as I know, yes it is.
